A mat, blanket, and eye mask are provided, but you may choose to bring your own.
Dress comfortably, and you may want to bring water.
Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release.
It is not advised for individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, or significant recent injury or surgery.
