This class is more than just meditation, it’s a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect. Sessions will include a relaxing meditation to support inner stillness and awareness, as well as different mindfulness practices or self-reflection tools to help you drop into presence and set intentions.

About the event
A 45-Minute Journey to Presence, Clarity, and Everyday Calm
Step into a space of intentional stillness and inner exploration. This 45-minute class is designed to help you reset your nervous system, clear mental clutter, and cultivate mindfulness that lasts beyond the mat.
Each session begins with 20–30 minutes of guided meditation, creating space for deep rest, presence, and connection to the breath. Whether we’re focusing on grounding, breath awareness, body scans, or emotional release, the meditation is always accessible and supportive and is perfect for both beginners and those with an established practice.
After meditation, we’ll explore a rotating blend of mindfulness tools to help you integrate the practice into your daily life. This may include:
Breathing techniques to calm and center
Grounding practices to regulate your energy
